This site is not for the faint of heart, so in order to participate you agree to the following Terms of Service:

Be Old Enough

You must be over the age of 13, except for leap day babies, and then you must have had at least four birthdays and a date of birth no sooner than February 29th, 1992. This applies for readers, as well as people writing to me or participating in online discussions, ratings and comments.

If you write me a letter I can publish it on this site, in other places promoting this site, or in other places as I see fit. I will never publish your real name, email address, or any personal contact information, only the text you submit to me for consideration of your awesome and mighty power. This right for me to use your submission applies to all text, photographs, audio/video files, and any other media you send in.

Hold Me, But Harmless

You can’t sue me for injury or damage as a result of participating in this site, or any hero related activity, because I’m not the bad guy, you’re very responsible, and the hero game is a dangerous one filled with unexpected turns, close calls, and surprise developments.

Don’t Rob Me, Bro!

You agree not to steal my content or use it in any ways to make you rich without my permission. I’ve got a lot of work in this, so don’t force me to put you on my villain list for such a personal crime. Don’t rob me and I won’t vendetta you.

Be Kind, Don’t Whine

If you post comments or ratings, don’t be a jerk about it. I don’t want to have to ban anybody, but so help me I will if you force me to. The people applying for positions are nice, sincere people who are just looking for a little fun, so keep it civil and avoid whining whenever possible.
